- All reservation requests made via the Internet must be confirmed via a phone call from us to be guaranteed
- A 1/2 deposit is required to hold all reservations
- Balance needs to be paid 30 days prior to the event
- If event is in less than 30 days, the entire amount is due when your reservation is guaranteed
- No refunds are made after a car is guaranteed for the time you have requested
- 5 hour minimum on all Notre Dame home football game weekends
- 3 hour minimum is required (with the exception of South Bend and Chicago airport pick up / drop off's)
- No limousine service can legally offer, provide, or buy you any alcoholic beverages, including champagne. However, alcohol can be consumed by those over the age of 21, as long as there is no one under the age of 21 in the vehicle (including ring bearers and flower girls)
